Healthy Blood Through Environment: Introduction

Man was God’s crowning glory. All else was created for him — to live in and enjoy and steward.As Christians, we too should love His world and seek to live in it as He designed. When we do, we will find great benefits both physically and spiritually.

God loves His earth and He loves His creatures. He has built into its design a way to live that brings health and life.

Healthy Blood Through Rest: 3 Biblical Principles

As way of reminder,  we are involved in a seven part study, Living Under God’s Design: Seven Biblical Principles, that teaches us how to bring life to the body through healthy blood. Fasting is not only biblical, but it is beneficial to the overall well-being of an individual. In our society, as the food sources become more and more corrupted from their original design, it is necessary to take precautions to properly detoxify the body and heal the overworked digestive glands. In so doing, one will see much improvement in their overall health.
