Chicken, Corn on the Cob, Chopped Salad, Cooked Vegetables – Tomorrow Chicken Soup

Tonight I have an organically pastured whole chicken (from The Family Cow in Pennsylvania) simmering on the stove with some chopped onions, carrots, celery, peppers, garlic (all organic of course), and spices (salt, pepper, red pepper).

Why Do Vegetables Have to Taste so Bad?

Taste, the driving force of the food industry, or is it?

For some reason, there are a select few who believe that healthy food must taste awful. I suppose they imagine a green protein shake or goat cheese pizza and think Continue reading “Why Do Vegetables Have to Taste so Bad?”
