The Maker’s Diet by Jordan Rubin Review

The Maker’s Diet by Jordan Rubin is a book I can recommend with little or no hesitation.

The Maker's Diet

Jordan Rubin suffered from chronic illness in college, and sought answers for his health. He found principles in the Bible that were the catalyst he needed to heal himself. Plus, Rubin studied medicine, becoming an MD so he could also help people recover from their illnesses.

In the Maker’s Diet: The 40-Day Health Experience that Will Change your Life Forever, Dr. Rubin discusses:

  • His personal testimony of healing;
  • Who are the world’s healthiest people;
  • The importance of the GI track;
  • Hygiene;
  • A modern prescription for illness;
  • Medicines of the Bible; and
  • So much more.

Plus, Rubin provides a 40-day health protocol that can help you on your journey of wellness.

If you are looking for a solid book to help instruct you on the path of healing from a medical doctor, this book will steer you in the correct direction. The only misgivings I have in recommending this book is that Dr. Rubin may rely too heavily on supplementation and not enough on food. However, there is a place for supplements when your body is not in proper balance.

The Maker’s Diet is available at Amazon. If you buy a copy from my link, it will help fund ReformedHealth.net so we can continue to share health and wellness from a biblical perspective and serve Christ’s kingdom. And you will pay the same low price that Amazon offers.
