I have two favorite cookbooks. The first one is the Joy of Cooking.
The second is the politically incorrect cookbook by Sallon Fallon called Nourishing Traditions. However, the book is more than just recipes. It’s actually more like an ancient guide to eating food that nourishes the body. Consequently, it flies in the face of the mainstream dietary model.
