I recently stumbled across some potato chips that exceed the cheater’s expectation. I am almost tempted to call these chips healthy. In fact, the owners of the company claim that they are. And they are without a doubt the best tasting potato chips I have EVER had. Honest, Jackson!

Potatoes often get a bad rap due to their high carbohydrate count. While they may be high in carbs, they are still nutritious and high in many vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C and potassium.

Curried Quinoa and Sweet Potato Recipe – Great for the Harvest Dinner (can be made vegan)

There is something about the marriage of curry and quinoa that makes my heart sing.

Throw some sweet potato into the mix and I can’t help but remember that God is good.

I am so thankful for good, healthy, organic food. Meals and dishes that are so simple to prepare can carry the utils (rewards) of a gourmet meal.
