October Weight Loss Journal: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

This month has been the first month that I have not finished lower than I started. On October 1st, I weighed in at 149 and on October 31st, I weighed in at 149.8. There were some 147’s in the mix as well as one 152.

But I am not discouraged, nor have I stopped trying to take off the last five pounds of my weight. So today I am going to share the good, the bad, and the ugly about this month in weight loss.

When all your pots and pans are packed up and you’re packing/cleaning from dusk to dawn — it is hard to resist those biscuits at Cracker Barrel. But I did resist the Ice Cream Berry Cobbler (mostly because I didn’t enjoy it much after a couple bites).
