Organic Chocolate Therapy Recipe. Simple. Delicious. (amazingly) Nutritious.

CORNER

This tasty Organic Chocolate Therapy recipe is the perfect energy boost when you are craving sweets. Keep some in the refrigerator at all times — and when the chocolate cravings come, you’ll have an amazingly healthy, life-giving snack. Consider the benefits in this recipe (all rewards, no compromises):

  • antioxidants from chocolate
  • brain preserving power from coconut oil
  • allergy protection from honey
  • and healing benefits from essential oils

I love that this recipe is sweetened with honey. It is such a life giving food — and it is the one sweetener that is stamped with God’s full approval (in moderation). If you have an aversion to honey — or are a strict vegan — you could easily substitute maple syrup.

Adding essential oils is optional. Consider lavender for a calming effect or peppermint for flavor. Other options: orange, lemon, cardamom, ginger, or even rosemary. I will add these to the cost analysis, but will not tabulate them into the figures. Some of the essential oils that I am linking to are not certified organic — but they are organic in practice. I always try to link to products with the best quality and price. When the best prices are from a brick and mortar store — I will let you know (but I can’t always link to the product).
