  1. I normally take those supplements regularly which do not have any side effects.. Folic acid is the best supplement

  2. Took GOL Vitamin Code Woman’s Raw for a year before I figured out they were causing heart palps, light-headedness, indigestion, nausea, and headaches. Not sure if it is a bad balance of vitamins or a certain ingrediant, but I took them as a treatment, so I thought the symptoms were happening in spite of what I was doing, not because of it. I’ve been completely scared away from this brand.
